I'm an entrepreneur, coach, and writer. I build businesses, help leaders grow, and write about what I learn in-between.
I spent the better part of two decades in the Australian resources sector, leading 350+ person operations and multi-hundred-million-dollar budgets at Rio Tinto. Somewhere along the way I earned an MBA from Deakin, got certified in Lean Six Sigma, and built a real appetite for business strategy — and the itch to build my own things.
Today I build and scale ventures across advisory, leadership, and nutrition — partnering with tier-one mining and heavy industry, coaching leaders to grow, and writing the Second Level Thinking newsletter on what I learn along the way.
I'm a systems thinker wired for curiosity and execution. Outside the work, I'm a father and husband who's called multiple Australian states home.
